Allahabad airport will have only single terminal and 3 platforms and is being estimated around 126Cr budget(By Tata Group). Earlier only one plane was allowded to be parked at one time,but now they are making three to four parking bays to accumulated more planes at one time which has increased the cost by 40 Cr.Civil Airlines will use airforce station runway for take off and landing and both air force station and new terminal will be merged.
To meet the needs of huge gathering and being a learning center,has bench of High Court, the Allahabad airport will be connected to 13 other cities across India like Hyderabad, Nagpur, Mumbai, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chennai, Dehradun, Indore, Kolkata, Raipur, Pune and Patna in next 15 months .

Currently, AirIndia has one flight from Allahabad to Delhi daily and Jet Airways has flights from Allahabad to Indore, Nagpur, Lucknow & Patna.
Later in the month of November flights from Allahabad to Bengaluru (begins from 15th November) and from 30th Nov 2018 flights from Allahabad to Kolkata and Raipur will begins by IndiGo Airlines.
