one can’t think well, sleep well, love well if one has not eaten well
For making these below mentioned things, you need some basic cutlery and electric kettle. well in most colleges electric kettles are not allowed but you can have it in your hostels
1. Bread Butter & Jam
This is one of the easiest things to have in hostels which doesn’t require anything like a kettle to make it. Just have a packet of bread, butter, and jam and have it simply.

2. Fruit Salad
For making fruit salad you just need fruits of your choice and chaat masala. simply cut the fruits and add a pinch of chaat masala and you are good to go.

3. Sprouts
You just need soaked chana and things you want to add like onion, tomato, cucumber, coriander and salt, chaat masala as required.
4. Chai/Coffee
Depending upon your preference you can have chai or coffee. using your electric kettle you can make it.

5. Boiled Eggs
Simply boil the egg in an electric kettle and add some salt, black pepper and have some onion with it.

6. Sattu Water
Bihari friends can easily relate to it. Sattu is roasted gram flour that can be had in its packed form (no cooking needed). You can take 5 heaped tablespoons of Sattu to add and sugar according to your taste (I used to add 3 TSP) and add 1 glass of cold water. you can get it easily in any supermarket. This keeps you full for long hours! It tastes divine.

7. Soups
You can have different varieties of soups in an electric kettle, simply buy a packet of Knorr soups and add water in the electric kettle and enjoy.

8. Maggi
Maggi the love and lifesaver of hostelers. simply put Maggi in electric kettle and water and cook it and enjoy. one more thing you can do is to add cheese to your Maggi to make it tastier. If you go to Dominos simply steal some(But don) chili flakes and oregano and add it to your Maggi to make it tastier.

9. Sandwich
You can make sandwiches and use filling according to your taste like mayonnaise and vegetables.

10. Cornflakes
Simply heat up the milk in the electric kettle and add cornflakes and add some sugar according to your taste Also add some chopped banana if you want.
